We charge a one-time agent commission fee at most 50% of the final negotiated monthly lease rental for our services payable upon signing the lease. Our services include finding, negotiating and signing the lease contract & the whole following aftersales work like internet & Wi-Fi handle, police registration form, rental invoice issue & delivery, all kind of repair maintenance, utility payment etc…... Additional services may incur other costs, such as lock changing, cleaning etc.
